    The first Statement of Junior Branch ever is published.

  • 1983The 1st IJR is elected

    International Junior Branch elects it's first International Junior Representative - Mary Hope Griffith from the USA

  • 1988Regional cooperation begins

    Regional cooperation in IJB begins with a Regionalisation Project: "The process of building networks of JBs and increasing the quantity of our trainings led to the efforts of building regions. "Regionalisation", as the process was called, intended to use regional structures to increase quality of JB Work."

  • 1993More cooperation between ARM and EJB

    Significant work on regional cooperation begins between ARM and EJB.

  • 19931st ever EJBM

    The first EJBM is held in Luxemburg.

  • 19951st ever ARMM

    The first ARMM is held in Canada. ARMM was the regional meeting from the Americas.

  • 1996JB Training becomes the core of JB's development

    Former IJR, Gian Taralli from Brazil invented a concept that was later called "Gian's curves" - every time a JB board changes, people start from scratch again to reinstate the quality established by the previous board. Only through JB training an actual development can be achieved over the years.

  • 1998Buddy System in ARM

    ARM adopts a new "Buddy System," through which a strong JB helped a weaker JB develop. North America - JB Canada, JB Mexico, JB USA Tropical America - Central America, JB Colombia, JB Ecuador, JB Venenezuela South America - JB Argentina, JB Brazil, JB Chile, JB Uruguai
