AJB Mosaic Manual
The Mosaic Manual was created to support anyone planning and implementing Mosaic projects within CISV. It serves as a valuable resource for
volunteers at all levels—from local chapters to regional teams—who are eager to develop impactful, community-based initiatives that align with
CISV’s educational principles and project management best practices.
The Mosaic Manual is a collaborative product; the content of this document was developed from 2023-2024 by Mosaic Manual Working Group (Romina Padilla, Ximena Martinez, Catharine Logan, Sofia Aguirre) with the support of the Americas Junior Branch Team 2023-2024 and IJB Team Project Specialists 2023-2024.
Asia-Pacific JB Projects
TTT For APJB
TTT for APJB is a project that was created in 2017 when the respective APJB Team felt it was a regional priority to offer JBers a TTT training so they could bring back those skills, knowledges and attitudes and share them with the rest of the JB community in their own NAs and chapters.
Every year, Asia-Pacific hosts its regional meeting at the same time as the Regional Training Forum, and since it takes place in the same place and time as JASPARC, the regional JB meeting, JBers don't have the oportunity to attend trainings. This project was to fill in that gap, so that JBers could have the chance of getting trained.
When the pandemic hit, this project was paused, and it restarted in 2025, when the NJRs met again for their TTT in Jakarta, Indonesia.
EMEA JB Projects
EMEA Pocket Trainings
EMEA Pocket Trainings are an initiative designed to make JBers learn, grow and develop fresh perspectives in our JB Communities. These will be short, focused online sessions throughout the year led by experienced trainers whether in or outside of CISV, offering practical skills, knowledge and inspiring stories that matter to any volunteer!
The trainings were created at IJBC 2025, when the NJRs from EMEAJB felt that training was needed in key aspects. Following these concerns, the EMEAJB Team developed trainings with a variety of trainers to ensure the quality and relevance.
