You’re in the right place! To ensure that you plan your event according to all the necessary guidelines and policies, please use the following resources as a reference:

Don’t forget to register your event with us!

An important step to planning your event is completing the IJB Events Form. The deadline to submit your form is 16 weeks BEFORE the workshop starts. Please go through the form first to ensure that you have all the information you need by the time you need to submit it.

It’s important that you are aware of the relevant documentation needed to submit your event without further delays:

  1. Hosting Chapter Representative Sign Off
  2. Risk Management Sign Off

A compliance check will be completed to ensure that all events meet the standards for risk management. The compliance checklist MUST be submitted 8 weeks before the start date of your event.

Don’t forget to evaluate your event by making sure all involved groups submit their answers through the IJB Events Evaluation Form.
